I am so glad we won the game. We needed it, JB needed, the team needed it. It wasn't pretty, it wasn't graceful. But they got the job done. It was nice to see tangible results when all we kept hearing all season was "We're working hard in practice everyday." Some days that was really hard to believe. I was beginning to think they were sitting around braiding each others' cornrows.

Since yesterday, players have said they were "doing it for the Coach". My question is: why weren't they "doing it for the Coach" all year? Why did it take such drastic measures for them to wake up and play for their coach that they are now gushing over? They couldn't stop complimenting him today on the JB Show. That frustrates me.

I am truly interested in hearing what State fans think about Chuck. I listened to some post game commentary last night and
it was not pretty. Coach Tim always provides insightful and fair comments; what are your thoughts, Coach? Was this loss not as painful because it was a ''nail in the coffin'' as one state fan told me yesterday? Or is there a coffin at all?

I still like JB and I still stand behind him. Don't get me wrong. I am thrilled we won. Way to go, Coach! And GO HEELS!
